NOTE: The Yosef Universal Healthcare plan will free up employer overhead cost, so that the employer can do more for their employees. In additon, I will adcocate that Congress introduce this legistation that I will sign into law called the “Skip One Income Tax Act”. This act if followed correctly by the employer to pay their employees two bonuses during the calendar year, will qualify them to benefit from this act.
